For Residential Regular Cleaning , Deep Cleaning, Move in and Move Out Cleanings Select the total number of rooms in your entire home, other than Living room, Dining room and Kitchen.


The square footage listed is only a guide for standard property sizes, meaning your property should be under the given square footage for the selected number of rooms. If your property is larger, please select the next size up.


If you wish to exclude a room, please call our office or add a note on Customer Comments. We will manually adjust the price for your cleaning.

STEP 4: SELECT EXTRAS

Deep Cleaning:  adds extra time for inside of oven, inside of fridge, interior blinds & windows, baseboards, etc. Choose this option for furnished homes.


Move in/ Move Out:  adds extra time for inside of oven, inside of fridge, interior blinds & windows, baseboards, inside cabintes, sweep & dust balcony etc. Choose this option for unfurnished homes.


Heavy Duty: If your home rates greater than 5/10 on an uncleanliness scale this must be selected.


Steam Cleaning:  This is a stand alone service and the minimum charge is $120.

How often?

Keep in mind that when you choose a recurring service, our Cleaner will go on the day that you book your first cleaning and will keep going on your desired frequency. Please choose your desired frequency accordingly, our last minute cancelation fee is $100 and we don't like when we have to charge a late fee :)
